Transwomen “Stop Chasing External Validation”
As Transwomen our biggest , downfall would be chasing something that’s doesn’t deserve our attention. Why as “Transwomen” and I can vouch for myself as well. Do we have to chase “external validation” from the same people who envy and misgender us all the time. In your Trans experience you have to get to a point in your journey, where you speak with your actions and not your words “let me explain. As a Transwoman who has been transitioning from ages 20 to now 24, I look back and realize I came a long way. I used to always seek people to approve my trans experience , only to find out some people really didn’t have my best interest.
So I asked myself , what would help me better along in my journey , to womanhood. I looked in the mirror and told myself “ You lack the confidence to , validate your own version of womanhood”. A bit harsh , but someone had to say it. Most times us “Trans Girls” go through this period of seeing , ourselves in the mirror and automatically assuming the world will give us just a little grace if we comply and hand our power over to people who have it out for us. First off we are not animals and Second, My Trans Sissters , you need to get your “LAZY ASS UP!” and prove to yourself that life doesn’t just give handouts , but it will surely give you a beating if you continue to sulk and be a victim to your own mind. Don't get me wrong, I know what its like to feel unseen, unheard and going through a period where you don’t feel confident of the woman you want to be.
Understand one thing , being a woman and becoming a woman of your dreams doesn’t happen overnight. You have to sacrifice the very thing that has been holding you back all this time and no I'm not talking about Taco bell or fast food, but that can help to lower blood pressure. I”m talking about that version of you that’s scared to be seen, scared to be judged and scared to be seen as someone who is different . You have to understand something being a Trans woman is a privilege that not many people experience. We are different in so many ways ,not even scientists can fully understand us , we were born into a world of people copying each other and trying to be like other people. So who cares if you're outcasted , remember the strongest hero or villain can stand alone even without the hand claps. So who cares if they don’t validate you. You should be woman enough to , believe in that image you see in the mirror , if you can see “HER” then you half way there. Stop underestimating your own power, there's a reason why people want to ban us , kill us or even put laws on our freedom and that's because we challenge the very thing called “Normal” nothing about trans women screams normal , why would we anyways?? who wants to be normal in this life when you can be “more than that” why not extraordinarily unique.
Now since you made it this far your probably asking , so what happens now. Well my dear , im glad you asked !! Sit down with yourself and ask “What vision is calling to me , what passion stirs the fire to my desires?” After you carefully, and wholeheartedly put “thought” into your answer , then you starting building the blueprint to validate your own experience. Rememebr this , fire doesn’t just burn , it also transforms. So become that fire , become the very thing people are afraid of “Ambtion” be so ambitious that people have no choice but to drop an stare. There gonna ask “ how did she do it?” not knowing they were the very one’s throwing knives at you from the beginning , and spreading underhanded compliments and false gossip. You have superpowers my “Trans Sissters” so use it to your advantage, be the woman you would be proud to see on TV, be the woman that would pick you up off the ground after you fall , be the woman that understands who she is , be the woman that you always admired from afar. This life may not be easy , but it definitely would be a lot better if you , actually put the work in. Your dreams wont accomplish themselves , they need to be cultivated by a woman who’s knows her worth. A woman so sure of herself, that “she could care less about outside noise or external validation”. So use this world as your run way , because you are Most definitely that “GIRL”.
